Keto Coconut Flour Waffle

A delicious blend of proteins with a coconut/ tropical flare! Best of all, NO GUILT!

  • 8 oz cream cheese soften in microwave 30 sec.
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 TBS vanilla
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Soften cream cheese in microwave 30-45 sec.
  • Blend cream cheese, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.
  • Mix in coconut flour, baking powder, and  cinnamon.
  • Scoop batter by 1/2 cup measures onto oiled/ sprayed waffle iron.  Cooks approx. 3.5 min.
  • Top with fruit, syrup, powdered sugar, or just serve plain. Enjoy!
